There are no coincidences! You found this blog for a reason…

Look –
Self-doubt is a formidable opponent that can creep into our minds and undermine our confidence, leaving us FEELING powerless and uncertain. I want to remind you that just because you FEEL a certain way, doesn’t make it so.
Self doubt – It’s the voice that whispers, “You’re not good enough,” or “You’ll never succeed.” But despite its persistence, self-doubt is not insurmountable.
The highly acclaimed psychiatrist, Elisabeth Kübler-Ross is quoted as saying that there are really only two emotions – fear and love. This statement has been an absolute game changer for me. THINK ABOUT IT FOR A MOMENT, we are creating, designing, making decisions and operating our lives in fear or in love. Never simultaneously.
Think about the Law of Polarity for a moment – It is true that if a part of you is feeling doubt, there is another part of you that believed in you so much that it brought you to the moment where doubt could exist. Basically, doubt couldn’t exist if you weren’t in a position to stretch beyond your comforts; and it took belief to get you here, to this point.
Think about the Law of Attraction – the basic premise is that what you focus on grows. DOUBT is fear. Being in, operating in a FEAR based emotion will create more reasons to create fear.
And fear is not necessarily a BAD thing or a negative thing…. hear me out on this one, ok?
Our fear based emotions are a point of reference, an awareness, a OH HELLO – its been you that has been blocking me for so long?
With the right awareness and the right strategies, we can cultivate inner strength and resilience to overcome self-doubt and pursue our goals with confidence and LOVE
One of the most effective ways to combat self-doubt is to challenge negative thoughts and beliefs with LOVE. With self-compassion and self-awareness.
Instead of berating ourselves for our perceived shortcomings, we can practice self-kindness and understanding, recognizing that or fears pop us to guide us towards healing them….
By witnessing our fears as a point of reference, we can begin reframing our negative self-talk; focusing on our strengths and accomplishments, and over time, gradually weaken the grip of self-doubt on our minds.
Rather than viewing challenges as insurmountable obstacles, we can see them as opportunities for growth and learning. By embracing a mindset of continuous improvement, we can build resilience in the face of PERCEIVED setbacks and cultivate a sense of empowerment and agency over our lives.
Additionally, keep your engagement circles tight and light! Hanging out with Eeyore every single day can be draining and ultimately calibrating you to a lower level of frequency.
And Lets not forget…practicing self-care IS prioritizing our mental and emotional well-being, which is essential for overcoming ego based, thought based fears. Engaging in activities that bring us joy and fulfillment, such as exercise, meditation, or creative expression, can help us recharge our batteries and cultivate a sense of inner peace and resilience. By taking care of ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally, we can build a solid foundation of self-confidence and self-assurance that can withstand the challenges of self-doubt.
While self-doubt may be a natural part of the human experience, it does not have to dictate our lives or limit our potential; unless of course, you decide it should.
And if you have read this far, the part of you that believes fully in your possibilities, brought you here to recognize that you CAN absolutely decide.
